Financial Management: Partner in Driving Performance and Value (FMP) is a comprehensive and practical work covering critical areas of financial management. The book will be an interesting read and will also be retained for future reference. My goal is to have this be a resource book on every finance managers desk. The book is based on the authors 45 years of experience as CFO, operating executive, consultant and lecturer.
